DETAILS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We reserve the rights to accept or reject return or exchange requests. Some cases may incur charges.
If the products are defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong request, etc.), please contact us ASAP within 7 days of receipt.
ORDER CHANGES
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours. After 4 hours no changes will be accepted or there may be additional charges since your order has been processed.
Changes of SHIPPING ADDRESS and shipping service must be reported within 1 day of purchase. Last minute changes to the shipping address or shipping service will not be accepted as your order may have already shipped before we receive your request.
CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is accepted within 12 hours and will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Cancellation of the order after 12 hours will not be accepted as the order is already processed.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@misosalife.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
USER GUIDE
To maximize the life of your jewelry, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Avoid chemical solutions, shampoos, strong soaps, lotions, makeup, hairspray, perfumes, excessive sweating, seawater and/or swimming pool water. (Salt water and chlorine can damage your jewelry).

Please remove jewelry during physical activities (jogging or running, working out, biking, CrossFit, gardening, swimming, etc.)

Chlorine can damage and discolor metals that are alloyed with gold and can slowly erode the finish and polish of gemstones. Also, lotions and sprays create a film on jewelry, making it dull and dirty.

To prevent tarnishing or tarnishing, take a generic soft microfiber cloth or lens cloth and gently wipe down the surfaces of the jewelry, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies. Jewelry like chokers and bracelets, which are tight against the skin, are prone to more contact and may need to be cleaned more frequently.

Keep jewelry dry. Moisture is the main factor that speeds up the tarnishing process.

Store different types of jewelry separately. We recommend a bag (eg a ziploc bag) with the air squeezed out to prevent oxidation. Always clean your piece before putting it away.

Although rare, sometimes individual body chemistry can react with metal and cause a reaction.

Some entities or conditions such as hormone levels, pregnancy, medications and more can affect the body's alkalinity vs. acidity and may cause a reaction with your piece.
