TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. You can change/cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. To do this, please contact us at Info@misolife.com with your order number and your request.

  2. International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain country customs rules and policies.

  3. All of our products undergo quality checks before delivery, if you still find the product damaged, please email us the product pictures within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we confirm the damage of the order, we will re-order your order and send it to you.

  4. The product(s) may be returned within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt only if you consider that they are not in the quantity requested, if the product is damaged, has a major defect, or is different from the one ordered.

  5. We quality control all of our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you receive a damaged, faulty/incorrect product, or incomplete order, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos in Info@misolife.com and we take care of the rest.

  6. In the event that you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we will exchange the product free of charge and send you the original product ordered. But please note that you must notify us by email at Info@misolife.com immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the product. Therefore, we urge you to check the received product immediately upon receipt.

  7. If your order contains products sold on SALE or SALE, we will not honor any return/exchange/replacement requests. Products on SALE are final sale only unless the product is defective/damaged or the product is not what you ordered.

  8. The product must be unused and in good condition.

  9. If you cancel the order, any amount paid will be credited back to the requested bank account. If you had selected cash on delivery at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded since you have not paid for your order. For payments made by credit card, debit card, Net Banking or Wallet, you will receive a refund in the origin account within 10 to 15 business days from the moment of order cancellation.

  10. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited if you return the order.

  11. If the coupon code is applied and the order is returned, the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  12. In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and the coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  13. If you return the product for the amount paid for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. For cash on delivery orders, you will receive an online bank transfer for the refundable amount.

  14. It will take approximately 5-7 business days for you to receive a replacement product or refund after we receive the product.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR COLOR AND DESCRIPTION

Product details (eg weight, color, size, etc.) quoted on product screens are approximate values only. A slight variation in actual color from how it appears on the website is possible. We assure you of the quality of our products.
